This is Mexican Sage, which is not only drought tolerant, but appealing to hummingbirds. Jeanine got some cuttings from a friend, and they seem to be doing really well.
It's a good plant to have in the yard during times of drought. I can't remember the last time we actually watered them. I wish the rosemary was doing as well.
